The Truth About Money – Overview & Instructions

This page explains the difference between Money and Legal Tender, how the current system uses you as collateral, and how to protect yourself by founding your own society and using contract law with All Rights Reserved.

What Is Money? What Is Legal Tender?

Money

  • By definition, real money is backed by gold, silver, or other substance.

  • Historically (early 1900s in Canada, U.S.A., and other nations), gold and silver were banned from the private sector above certain amounts.

  • This was done so no one could create their own real money supply to compete with the new Legal Tender.

Legal Tender

  • Legal Tender is not money.

  • It is backed by the future taxable earnings of registered property—that property is you and your children.

  • When a child is registered via a Certificate of Live Birth, their future labour is pledged as collateral.

  • These pledges are sold on international stock exchanges.

  • Legal Tender is also backed by your registered house, car, and other property.

  • Birth certificates and state-issued IDs are tools that treat you as property of a bankrupt corporation (often written in ALL CAPS).

Key idea:
Legal Tender = a form of slavery based on pledged, registered property.
Money = substance-backed medium that does not diminish a free man/woman’s rights.

Names, Personhood, and Your Society

  • Men and women have family and given names:

    • John-Ryan: Smith

    • John of the family Smith

  • Corporations use first and last names, often in ALL CAPS for bankrupt entities.

  • Once your society is founded, you create your own Identification that recognizes you as a flesh-and-blood man or woman with All Rights Intact.

  • This is the practical difference between standing as a living being with rights vs. a corporate person tied to Legal Tender.

Money vs Legal Tender – Quick Facts

Money

  • Backed by gold, silver, or real substance

  • Can be traded for real commodities

  • Using money does not diminish a free man/woman’s rights

  • Legality is not the same as law

Legal Tender

  • Backed by registered property (see 1985 Canadian Ownership Control & Determination Act)

  • Cannot be traded directly for a commodity in the same lawful sense

  • 3 letters – 50 days can get you title back to property when used properly

  • No corporation can be a lawful government because it is not fully liable

Money Hacks – Practical Instructions

Do:

  • Do what brings money in

  • Make “Get Money Action Lists”

  • Invest in things you can sell for profit

  • Make sales, then spend only the proceeds above what you need to reload stock

Don’t:

  • Don’t spend money unnecessarily; barter where possible

  • Don’t invest in things that don’t generate a return

Time & Skills:

  • Time is money and money is energy

  • Develop skills people want to pay you for—especially skills that help them make money too

Harmony:

  • Only surround yourself with people who support and add energy to your society, goals, and deadlines

Daily Organizer:

  • Plan all tasks

  • Do the most important tasks first

  • Use an organizer you look at frequently

  • Learn to do tasks you dislike, or outsource them

Security Interests – What You Sign

Tickets, paperwork, court charges, and many other documents you sign are treated as security interests = \.

What is a Security Interest?

  • Corporations posing as governments sell the contracts you sign on stock exchanges.

  • Citizens are treated as collateral on the national debt.

  • Historical writings (e.g., Wilson/House) describe people as chattels (property) pledged through birth registration and “social insurance.”

You are dealing with corporate contract systems, not true, fully liable government.

How To Defend Against Security Fraud

1. Start Your Own Society

  • An unregistered, unincorporated society makes you equal in law to the corporate powers.

  • You can create your own remedies, including:

    • Your own courts

    • Community infrastructure

    • Security and enforcement processes

2. Operate Under Contract Law

  • Remember: it is all contract law.

  • You are not dealing with legitimate, fully liable government—only corporations.

  • Always operate with All Rights Reserved.

  • Be ready to civil litigate or privately bill anyone who violates your rights.

3. Use Bills and Notices

  • Once your paperwork is in place, you can send Bills for any and all Orders demanded of you.

  • Orders = Bills when you stand correctly in law.

4. Ask the Key Question

When challenged, ask:

“Can a corporation lawfully force someone to contract?”

For proof that Canada or U.S.A. are corporations, you can look them up at:
www.sec.gov

Ideas Are Real and Valuable

  • Your ideas, your society, and your private law are real assets.

  • Starting your own society is the best way to fight back and stand equal in law.

  • This lets you build your own:

    • Courts

    • Community infrastructure

    • Security

    • Economy

Always remind corporate agents:

  • You are operating with All Rights Reserved

  • You are willing to bill or litigate for any rights violations

  • You can always review later what to bill them for

Summary – What To Do

  1. Understand the difference between Money (substance-backed) and Legal Tender (debt and collateral-backed).

  2. Recognize how registration and Legal Tender turn you into collateral.

  3. Found your own unregistered, unincorporated society and create your own ID.

  4. Use All Rights Reserved and contract law to protect yourself.

  5. Apply money hacks: cut waste, invest in profit-generating assets, develop valuable skills.

  6. Treat every signed document as a potential security interest, and respond accordingly.

  7. Use bills, notices, and due process to assert your rights and claim remedies.

You have been warned by great people of the past. Now you have the tools to act:
found your own society, reclaim your standing, and step out of the Legal Tender trap—for yourself, those before you, and all you love.
