All Rights Reserved Sovereign Identity Documents – Information & Instructions

Remember this always.

  • The identity you present determines which jurisdiction you are treated under.

  • If you show up as a corporate citizen, you are treated as a corporate subject with limited rights.

Your Two Identities

You effectively have two identities:

  1. Family / Community Identity

    • Who you truly are: a living man or woman, part of a family and community.

  2. Corporate Citizen Identity

    • A legal “person” created and used by corporations posing as government.

    • Uses FIRST and LAST NAMES, often in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (e.g., JOHN RYAN SMITH).

    • This identity is tied to benefits and privileges, not inherent rights.

Under your own rights and law:

  • You need no permission to do any lawful act.

Under legality/corporate systems:

  • You are treated as if you always need permission, because your rights were traded for benefits and privileges.

Why Can They Abuse You and Not Pay You?

When you operate only as a corporate citizen, the system treats you as property of the corporate state. That’s how they:

  • Order you around

  • Fine you

  • Tax you

  • Use your time and energy without proper compensation

However, when you have your own properly set up society and stand under your All Rights Reserved identity:

  • You can bill them for unlawful orders and harm.

  • Anyone who orders you to do anything without proper notice is violating Due Process of Law.

  • With your society and documents in place, they can owe you big time when they violate your rights.

How To Lawfully Give an Order to an Equal

Between equals:

  • You cannot give a command as if you are a superior.

  • Everything must be an Offer.

  • An offer can be accepted or not accepted.

  • Once accepted, an offer can become a binding agreement.

This is why due process, notice, and agreement are so important.

Creating Your Own Private Identification

You can create personal private identification that reflects your true status:

  • It is far more effective and intimidating to the system if you create your ID under your own society.

  • Your private / family / community ID documents show that you stand as a living man or woman, not just a corporate person.

To make your ID document lawful:

  • Have three witnesses sign, or

  • Have it notarized by any Notary

This:

  • Confirms your identity under Natural Law

  • Supports your status as your own Nation, as long as you are:

    • Unregistered

    • Unincorporated

    • Causing no unlawful harm to the life, liberty, property, or rights of others

This aligns you with Natural Law, the global foundation for all law.

Your Name Defined: Family vs. Legal Personhood

Family / Natural Law Style:

  • John-Ryan: Smith

  • John of the family Smith

  • John of Smith

Corporate / Legal Person Style:

  • JOHN RYAN SMITH (ALL CAPS – often used for bankrupt corporate “persons”)

  • First and Last Name format used by corporations

Agents may say, “That’s just how the computer system is,” and claim it means nothing.
Anyone who says this is grammatically ignorant or avoiding the truth.

How To Use the ID Document Templates

  2. Customize With Your True Identity

    • Use your family/community style name (e.g., John-Ryan: Smith).

    • Include your society details if you are doing this under your society.

  3. Add Witnesses or Notary

    • Have three witnesses sign, or

    • Have the document notarized by a Notary Public.

  4. Reserve Your Rights

    • Where appropriate, sign with “All Rights Reserved” beside or under your signature.

  5. Keep Originals Safe

    • Keep the original ID document in a safe place.
