Contract of Service vs. Contract For Hire – Slavery vs. Sovereignty
The distinction between a Contract of Service and a Contract For Hire is the difference between slavery and sovereignty, between being owned and being free. A Contract of Service is an employment relationship where the employer—whether a corporation, government, or military—has complete control over the employee. The employer sets the pay, the hours, the rules, and the regulations. The employee has no autonomy and must obey or face termination. This is the model of slavery. Citizens operate under this same model. When you register as a citizen, you enter into a Contract of Service with the government corporation. The government sets your tax rates, imposes regulations, and controls your behavior through codes and statutes. You are not free—you are a citizen agent, an owned slave with privileges, not rights.
In contrast, a Contract For Hire is an independent contractor agreement where you are sovereign. You set your own rates, negotiate your own terms, and design your own operating procedures within the boundaries of lawful conduct under God's Laws and Natural Laws. You are not owned. You are not controlled. You are free. This is the model used by private military contractors, independent professionals, and sovereign individuals who refuse to be enslaved by corporate systems. When you operate under a Contract For Hire, you are the master of your own affairs. You provide services on your own terms, and you are not subject to corporate codes unless you consent.
The power of sovereignty is magnified when you establish your own Unregistered Unincorporated Sovereign Private Law Society. This is a competent law jurisdiction operating under God's Laws, Natural Laws, and the Laws of Maxim. It is unregistered and unincorporated, meaning it is not a corporate entity and is not subject to corporate control. It is fully personally liable, meaning it is competent and accountable. When you operate within your own private law society, you have the authority to create your own constitutions, bylaws, and operating procedures. You can contract with others on equal footing and govern your own affairs without interference from corporate governments. This is the model used by the most powerful families and organizations in history—the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers, the Vatican, the Crown, and secret societies like the Freemasons and Skull and Bones. They operate in the private, under their own rules, as sovereigns. And now, you can too.
