Basic Plan - Certified Mail Documents

Mail Founding Documents – Information Page

This page explains how to properly mail your founding documents so they are lawfully served, fully evidenced, and protected for your privacy and security. Follow these steps carefully; they are part of your due process and your Claim of Right.

Step 1 – Before You Mail: Name & Address Preparation

  1. Do a Name Search Online

    • Search your chosen society name online to see if it is already in use.

    • This helps avoid confusion and strengthens your position as a unique, independent society.

  2. If You Can’t Find a Name

    • If you are struggling to find a suitable or available name,
email us and we will refer you with suggestions – no problem.

  3. Protect Your Privacy – Virtual Office

    • To protect your privacy from unlawful corporations posing as government agents,
you must rent a virtual office space for your return address.

    • Requirements:

      • The space is rented using your society name

      • It must be a physical address, not a P.O. Box

    • This keeps your personal residence off the public record while still providing a lawful, professional address.

Step 2 – What To Send and Where

  • Send To:
The head of state (or appropriate top‑level authority, as taught in the course).

  • Send Copies, Not Originals

    • Always mail copies of your founding documents.

    • Keep your originals safely stored in your own files.

Step 3 – Mailing & Evidence Requirements

To make your mailing lawful and provable, you must:

  1. Use Registered Mail

    • Use registered mail (or equivalent) with tracking and signature required.

    • Keep the tracking number in your records.

  2. Video Record the Mailing

    • Record a video of yourself:

      • Placing the documents into the envelope

      • Showing the address and the tracking number on the envelope

    • This video is evidence that the correct documents were mailed to the correct party.

  3. Print Proof of Service Signature

    • After delivery, go to the postal service website.

    • Use the tracking number to print the proof of delivery and signature.

    • Keep this with your records as proof of service.

These steps create a complete evidence trail that supports your due process and Claim of Right.

Step 4 – The Three‑Letter Mailing Process

You will be mailing three key letters as part of your due process:

Letter 1 – Notice of Understanding & Intent

  • Purpose:

    • To ask questions and open discussion as equals.

  • Content:

    • Use proper language regarding due process, law, full liability, and oath, as shown in your templates and training.

  • Timing:

    • After mailing, wait 2 weeks (10 business days) for a response.

Letter 2 – Notice of Understanding & Intent (Follow‑Up)

  • Purpose:

    • To answer your own questions from Letter 1 if there has been no response.

  • Note on Corporate Agencies:

    • If you are serving a corporate agency, you generally will not hear back.

    • Corporations are limited liability and cannot easily give a fully liable response without risking personal assets.

  • Timing:

    • After mailing Letter 2, wait another 2 weeks (10 business days).

Letter 3 – Claim of Right

  • Purpose:

    • To claim the right based on the understanding established in Letters 1 and 2.

  • Contract Effect:

    • The signature on the proof of mailing/delivery acts as their signature to the contract, when they do not rebut.

  • Timing:

    • After mailing Letter 3, wait 30 days.

Step 5 – When It Cures as Your Law

  • If there is no response within the timelines given (10 business days after Letter 1, 10 business days after Letter 2, and 30 days after Letter 3), then:

Your Claim of Right cures as your law between you and the party served.

At that point, your founding documents and due process have created a lawful, unrebutted right supported by:

  • Proper notice

  • Opportunity to respond

  • Proof of mailing and delivery

  • Their failure to rebut within the time allowed

Summary – What To Do

  • Do a name search for your society online

  • Rent a virtual office (physical address, no P.O. Box) using your society name

  • Send copies, not originals

  • Use registered mail with tracking and signature

  • Video record putting documents into the envelope

  • Print proof of service signature from the postal website

  • Mail:

    • Letter 1 – Notice of Understanding & Intent (questions) → wait 10 business days

    • Letter 2 – Notice of Understanding & Intent (answers) → wait 10 business days

    • Letter 3 – Claim of Right → wait 30 days

Follow these instructions carefully, and your founding documents will be mailed in honour, with full evidence, and in a way that supports your lawful rights as a competent heir and society founder.
