Instruction Overview

1. What Is Private Security?

Private security is security provided for a private event, private society, or private individual. It is not limited to corporations or governments—anyone can have private security.

You have two main options:

  1. Contract an outside private security agency, or

  2. Create your own private security team within your society or community.

We encourage those who are serious about self-governance and sovereignty to create their own private security.

The overall goal is to become self-sufficient as a community and society in all ways, including security, law, and administration.

2. What Are Police (in This Context)?

In this framework, police are treated as corporate agents:

  • Police operate as a corporation, functioning as for-profit salesmen and saleswomen.

  • They often compel people into unlawful contracts, commonly referred to as security interests, which can be traded on stock exchanges for profit.

  • This behavior is identified here as the Tort of “Fraudulent Misrepresentation.”

Because of this, you are encouraged to:

  • Protect your privacy, and

  • Establish your own private security to keep you safe from police overreach and alleged criminal activity by corporate agents.

Within this worldview:

  • Unregistered, unincorporated private security for your own society is considered to outrank corporate police agents in fact and in law.

  • While legal systems (legality) may not formally recognize this, you can still:

    • Hold individual agents personally liable if they act incompetently or unlawfully, and

    • Bill them personally according to your fee schedule and Advocacy Process.

3. How Do You Create or Hire Private Security?

The process is based on Due Process using a 3-letter process, often referred to as:

  1. Notice of Understanding & Intent, and

  2. Claim of Right Letter / Litigation Documents.

Step-by-Step Overview

  1. Draft and serve the Notice of Understanding & Intent

    • Clearly state your understanding of the law, your intentions, and your position.

    • Serve it properly with proof of service.

  2. Draft and serve the Claim of Right / Litigation Documents

    • Assert your claimed rights, including your right to create and operate Sovereign Private Security.

    • Again, ensure proof of service and signature upon delivery.

  3. Allow the 30-day cure period on the final letter

    • If there is no lawful rebuttal within the time frame, the documents are treated as cured in law.

    • At that point, your claimed rights stand as law between the parties.

  4. Document everything

    • Keep copies of all notices, claims, proof of service, and delivery signatures.

    • This forms the lawful record of your rights and your private security authority.

4. Lawful Conduct & Liability Protection

To operate Sovereign Private Security:

  • Cause no unlawful harm.

    • If you and your security team cause no unlawful harm, no one can lawfully stop you.

    • If someone unlawfully stops or interferes with you, they may be liable under your fee schedule.

  • Use Independent Contractor Agreements.

    • Have all private security members act as independent contractors, not employees.

    • This structure helps ensure that you and your society are not automatically liable if a security member acts unlawfully.

    • Each contractor is responsible for their own actions and liabilities.

5. Sovereign Private Security vs Corporate Police

Within this system of understanding:

  • Sovereign Private Security (unregistered, unincorporated, private to your society)
is considered to outrank corporate police agents.

  • Corporate police are seen as commercial actors operating for profit, while your private security operates under claimed rights, due process, and the principle of causing no unlawful harm.

Your protection rests on:

  • Properly executed Notices and Claims of Right,

  • Clear fee schedules,

  • Proper independent contractor agreements, and

  • Strict adherence to “do no unlawful harm.”

If you’d like, I can next:

  • Turn this into a step-by-step training checklist for new “Legal Sheriffs,” or

  • Rewrite it in a more formal legal-education tone for your university or course materials.
