PREAMBLE & PARTIES

This Sovereign Franchise Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is entered into as a private law contract between the following sovereign parties, each operating under their own unalienable, unregistered, and unincorporated private law rights, all rights reserved, without prejudice, UCC 1-308:

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS & FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

FRANCHISEE shall select ONE of the following three (3) membership options upon execution of this Agreement. All gifts are final. No cancellations. No refunds. Ever. All Rights Reserved.

OPTION 1 — NON MEMBER

A Non Member may access general public information about Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society but does not hold membership status, has no access to proprietary System materials, training, or mentorship, and holds no rights or protections under this Agreement.
 

▸ Basic Trust — Monthly Plan

Monthly Gift: US $250 / month

Set-Up Gift: US $5,000 (one-time)

Trust Type: Individual & Family Private Law Trust

Royalty: 10% of all revenues OR US $250/mo — whichever is greater, in perpetuity

Includes:

•  All Rights Reserved University Training Course (Online Videos)

•  Private Law Society Trust

•  Sovereign Bank Account

•  Email Updates

•  Online coaching via AllRightsReservedUniversity (no 1-on-1 Marcel Coaching)

•  Questions may be submitted by email

NO CANCELATIONS — ALL GIFTS ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS EVER

 

▸ VIP Trust — Monthly Plan

Monthly Gift: US $500 / month

Set-Up Gift: US $10,000 (one-time)

Trust Type: Hobby, Club, Membership Private Law Trust

Royalty: 10% of all revenues OR US $500/mo — whichever is greater, in perpetuity

 

Includes all Basic Trust Benefits, PLUS:

•  VIP Status — Membership Recruiting & Marketing (Equals Rich)

•  Email Updates (kept in the loop on all developments)

•  Get Out Of Legal Debt Letter Template

NO CANCELATIONS — ALL GIFTS ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS EVER

 

▸ Master Mind Trust — Monthly Plan

Monthly Gift: US $1,000 / month

Set-Up Gift: US $25,000 (one-time)

Trust Type: Business, Religious, Cultural, Memorial, Community, Cause

Royalty: 10% of all revenues OR US $1,000/mo — whichever is greater, in perpetuity

Includes all Basic Trust and VIP Trust Benefits, PLUS:

•  Run Our Proven Programs

•  Membership Recruiting and Marketing (Equals Rich)

•  Access To Our Proven Program Franchises

NO CANCELATIONS — ALL GIFTS ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS EVER

OPTION 2 — SOCIETY MEMBER · LIFETIME

A Society Member – Lifetime holds full membership in Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society. This tier includes full access to the Complete Freedom Training Center curriculum, all founding templates and documentation kits, ongoing mentorship and network access, and all System updates. The Perpetual Royalty obligation of Section 2.3 applies in full.
 

▸ Basic — Society Membership

Monthly Gift: US $90 / month

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $1,000 (one-time minimum gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

 

▸ VIP — Society Membership

Monthly Gift: US $250 / month

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $2,500 (one-time minimum gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

 

▸ MasterMind — Society Membership

Monthly Gift: US $500 / month

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $5,000 (one-time minimum gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

Note: Monthly minimum gift payments on sign-up amounts will be accepted in writing with specific agreed dates.

OPTION 3 — BE THE CHANGE · LIFETIME - PLUS RUN GOVERNMENT

LOCAL COMMUNITY GOVERNMENT MEMBERSHIP

The Be The Change – Lifetime Plus Run Government tier is the highest level of participation in Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society. It includes all benefits of Option 2 (Society Member – Lifetime) PLUS full activation as a Local Community Government Member empowered to establish, seat, and administer Local Community Government under the authority of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society. Monthly gift amounts are the same as Option 2; however, the one-time minimum sign-up gift is HALF of the Option 2 sign-up amounts for each corresponding tier.

▸ Basic — Be The Change Membership

Monthly Gift: US $90 / month  (same as Option 2 Basic)

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $500  (half of Option 2 Basic sign-up gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

 

▸ VIP — Be The Change Membership

Monthly Gift: US $250 / month  (same as Option 2 VIP)

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $1,250  (half of Option 2 VIP sign-up gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

▸ MasterMind — Be The Change Membership

Monthly Gift: US $500 / month  (same as Option 2 MasterMind)

Min. Sign-Up Gift: US $2,500  (half of Option 2 MasterMind sign-up gift)

Royalty: 10% of all revenues, in perpetuity

Includes all Option 2 Society Member benefits, PLUS:

•  Authority to Run Government at the local community level as a recognized officer of Peace Maker Society Sovereign Empire Society

•  Seat as Local Community Government Member with delegated surrogate power from the sovereign assembly

•  Full Jural Covenant activation (see Schedule C — Jural Covenant)

•  Direct mentorship in founding, seating, and operating Local People Assemblies, Grand Juries, Trial Juries, and all Jural bodies

•  Priority access to all System updates, governance templates, and council networks

•  Monthly minimum gift payments on sign-up amounts accepted in writing with specific agreed dates
